MLB Customer Service
One of my readers received a reponse from MLB about the form letters sent out in regards to DirecTV.
The feedback@mlb.com now comes directly to the mlb office. The problem with the other website is being worked out. Nonetheless, we are aware of your message as well as many of the others. We understand what the issues are. That said, the negotiations on this deal are ongoing. Obviously it hasn't been completed; if and when it is there will be an announcement.

I am deeply distressed by your decision to sign an
exclusive deal with directv. As an avid baseball fan
I look forward to having a ridiculously healthy
assortment of games to watch on a daily basis. My
inability to purchase extra innings through comcast
this season sucks big time.
