Hits and Errors

The Marlins's Joe Borowski comes in to finish the game in the tenth with the Marlins up 7-3. He allows five hits, and the Marlins make two errors to blow a four-run lead and lose the game 8-7. It's a devastating loss for the Marlins in so many ways. The Phillies and Padres won, so they needed the win to keep pace. They blew a huge lead with their closer on the mound. They continue to make errors.

When I attend minor league games, the biggest difference I see is in the fielding. The Marlins youth and inexperience show most in their fielding.
