The Great White Way
Boof Bonser pitches a fine game against the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, but trailed 1-0 into the seventh as Tim Corcoran was throwing a shutout. But Rondell White comes through with a two run shot in the top of the seventh to give Bonser and the Twins the lead. Boof is now gone, walking none and striking out six in 6 1/3 innings.
Update: Nathan strikes out two, retiring the DRays in order in the ninth. The Twins win, 2-1, keeping pace with the Tigers who easily defeated Seattle 6-2 behind the fine pitching of Nate Robertson.
