Free Passes
Anibal Sanchez walks three and hits a batter in the bottom of the first against Washington, leading to five runs for the Nationals. That's two more free passes than he issued in his first ten innings.
Hernandez walks Cabrera to start the second and he scores on Willingham's first triple of his career. A double, two singles and an error later, the Marlins have scored four and cut the lead to one. Looks like another wild scoring day in the nation's capitol.
Update: It's the extra-base hits that get Livan in the second. Florida picks up two doubles, and triple and a homer as they hit for the cycle in the inning and take a 7-5 lead on Washington. I thought this was a pitcher's park, but 39 runs scored in the last 10 1/2 innings!

Amazing. 7-5 Fish lead the Nats. Hernandez melts down even worse than Sanchez in the second inning. Second game in a row where this has happened. And it can't be the weather, as it's as glorious today (69 degrees) as it was miserable yesterday.
Maybe Ryan Zimmerman will be a hero again, I dunno.
