$3 million seems like quite a bit of money for a marginal utility infielder coming off of a fluke year...

For a utility player, he's good. But that seems an awful lot to pay for it. He also sorta slumped the last 2 months of the season, so basically he's being paid for a good 4 months

Is Tomas Perez still there? If not, can Nunez grab some time at 1B?

Yeah, Nunez was pretty good last year. But that was the first time in his career he'd been anything other than a bad hitter. What he did last year looks more like an unrepeatable fluke to me.
