Buehrle Goes Nine

Mark gets the side 1-2-3 in the top of the ninth. He made one mistake, the homer to Quinlan, that's keeping him from the win right now. He's only thrown 99 pitches, so he can come out for the tenth if the game goes that far.

Is it just me, or is the WebMD injury report the most useless graphic in the history of televised sports?

I don't think I've ever seen that before. That would be a TERRIBLE call if it stands.

That was awful. This umpiring has been bad for this series and the AAngels Yanks. Get it together MLB.

I mean, I'm sure the Sox will find a way to get picked off or something, but this is a HUGE call. If the White Sox end up scoring here and winning the game, that's a travesty.

Sad to see such a great pitching performance covered up by bad umpiring.
