Yankee Stadium II

The New York Times has a slide show of drawings of the new park. It looks to me as if they've combined the the best features of the original and the remodeled park. The nice thing is that it is perfectly recognizable as Yankee Stadium. A beautiful job.

It's by the same guys as Camden Yards, which makes me really happy.

Interestingly, HOK -- who has done a great job with so many ballparks -- is also responsible for that thing they used to call New Comiskey.

I am disappointed that there was no facade on the new stadium drawings.
