Invisible Players

The military is being honored in San Diego tonight, and the Padres are wearing camouflage jerseys. When the camera catches Woody Williams at the right angle, his shirt blends in with the crowd and his torso becomes difficult to see. It's impressive how well that works.

The Padres lead 1-0 in the second.

The jerseys are extremely well-camouflaged here, as the game is not on TV in LA.

Another come-from-behind Dodger victory... wow. A great pitching duel, but Williams left the game after seven and the Dodgers were able to get a few off of the bullpen. At this point the question with each game isn't *are* the Dodgers going to win, but *how* are they going to win.
