History Lesson
Jeff Kallman presents a history of cheating in baseball. It makes you wonder if the game ever had integrity.

Kallman doesn't believe that baseball players need more muscle... which is presumably why weight training has spread throughout pro baseball.
first, just because everyone does something doesn't mean it works.
second, jeff is absolutely right about all the cheating that has always gone on and the fact that it has been just fine and that no one has been thrown out of the hall for what is LATER called cheating.
