Well, judging by the photo in today's paper, The "pile o'muscle" is gone.

The pile of muscle is gone?? It looks to me like the pile of fat is gone. He looks like a guy who is carrying too much fat in those before pictures. I thought Giambi was overweight last year.

I weigh 180lbs at 5'10". Had a beer belly from too much beer (I believe they go hand in hand). Cut down on my eating of crappy fast food, eat better and excersize and I have lost 15 lbs since Jan 5th. I have two kids and am not a professional athelete with real time to train.

So I think it's pretty easy for him to work out, rehabilitate and eat healthier and drop some weight.

I still wouldn't go up against him in a bar fight

David Wells has also lost significant weight this offseason. I AM SUSPICIOUS!!!!!??!?@??#>? Wells do roids! Wells do roids!
