Mike Trout garners all 30 first place votes to win the AL MVP Award for 2014. They are interviewing Trout, and you can tell he’s being very emotional. Congratulations to Trout on a well deserved award. He could easily have three by now.

Victor Martinez finished second. Felix Hernandez was the highest finishing pitcher, just ahead of Corey Kluber. This group might have decided the Cy Young differently.
I didn’t realize there were different voters for MVP and Cy Young. How do they decide who gets to vote for which?. I find this a bit disturbing.
